Position description: Supervise three landscape workers. Responsible for the maintenance of all landscape beds and medians, irrigation, and landscape lighting for the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association. Oversee and manage horticultural contract work performed by landscape companies in the maintenance and upgrades to medians and right of ways. Provide recommendations for landscape bed designs, plant selection, and budgets.

Experience/Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of formal education- Horticultural Degree a major plus  and/or landscaping work experiences with CLT or ELT Certification , Applicator license, Computer skills desired

Salary Range: Negotiable based on level of education, training, licenses, and experience in the landscaping installation and maintenance.
